What makes properties here different

As in Upper Rancho, the City notes that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents' Association has no pre-approved roofing list, so even a reroof needs a short review application. Have that record and any larger approvals ready for a buyer.

Resolution No. 7272 sends any project that isn't eligible for City Review or Short Review to Regular Review, with a public hearing and notice of the decision. In Lower Rancho that covers new single-family homes and major additions.
