Why sellers call
Advice first. The decision stays yours.
Sidney entered real estate in 1990. He began at Century 21 Art Del Rey in Arcadia, then joined Jim Dickson Realtors in Pasadena, where he worked with and learned from his mentor and broker, James (Jim) Herbert Dickson (1931–1998).
Jim was a man of faith and strong ethics, and his example shaped Sidney's moral and business principles. The lesson Sidney carries from him is simple: a real estate professional should educate, advise and guide clients, not pressure them into decisions.
Selling a home is one of life's most important financial and personal decisions. It deserves patience, plain information and honest guidance, so that the choice you make is the one that is right for you, not simply the one that produces a sale.
Jim passed away in 1998. Sidney still considers it a privilege to carry his standards forward in every client relationship.
“Never make a client do what you want. Always do what's best for the client.”“My commitment is straightforward: your interests come first.”
