What makes properties here different

Before listing, check that past exterior work in the Highlands went through the Architectural Review Board, and have those approvals with your permits. A buyer planning changes will also ask how ARB review works.

Very minor improvements in the Highlands can go through City Review, decided by the Development Services Director without a hearing. Under Resolution No. 7272, the Director can send a project that doesn't fit the neighborhood to the Architectural Review Board's Short Review instead.
