It has its own development pattern and a more rural way of life, and the City adopted an ordinance in 2011 with development standards meant to preserve its rustic and historic character.

Notes on streets, architecture, and documented housing for selling a home in Sierra Madre. A citywide median is not the value of an individual property. A property-specific review is advisory — not an appraisal or a CMA of an unnamed house. Booking a seller consultation does not create a listing agreement. Equal Housing Opportunity.
