Notes on streets, architecture, and documented housing for selling a home in Pasadena. A citywide median is not the value of an individual property. A property-specific review is advisory — not an appraisal or a CMA of an unnamed house. Booking a seller consultation does not create a listing agreement. Equal Housing Opportunity.
